Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five plus years of HVAC experience
- Technical school or formal training preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and handheld devices
- Valid driver’s license for minimum 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations
- EPA Universal Certification
- Ability to wear safety equipment such as helmets and fall protection
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle using seat belt
- Physical ability to twist trunk 90 degrees, squat, reach overhead, stand on concrete for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move weights up to and over 40 lbs
- Ability to safely use ladders with weight limits and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to maneuver confined spaces as small as 30 inches by 45 inches
- Ability to access rooftops at heights up to 50 feet
- Willingness to work in variable environmental conditions and weather
- Safety sensitive role requiring drug screening
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Typically 5 plus years of experience in HVAC
- Technical school or formal training preferred
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Working proficiency with handheld computers such as smartphones or tablets
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Job Duties
- Coordinate with team leader/project manager and customer to understand installation and repair requirements
- Serve as the direct customer contact responsible for products and equipment on assigned projects
- Identify, diagnose, and repair equipment and systems at customer locations
- Use software and hand tools following blueprints or engineering specifications for diagnostics and repair
- Maintain flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays
- Enforce safety standards and ensure security and accountability of company assets
