Job Requirements
- Associate's Degree in aviation management, supply chain, procurement, business or related fields, or comparable work experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in materials management, materials coordination or supply chain
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong internal and external communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required
- Reliable and punctual attendance

Job Duties
- Fulfill all required material to support scheduled maintenance visits
- Identify material requirements and determine best sourcing methods
- Coordinate and ensure material availability to meet scheduled timelines
- Source, purchase, monitor, track, update and close purchase orders
- Address and resolve purchase order, paperwork, and shipment discrepancies
- Set up internal part numbers and ensure compliance within internal systems
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal repair shops
- Coordinate shipping and provide status updates
- Transfer, monitor, track and update internal material stock transfers
- Identify trends and potential supply chain issues and collaborate to resolve them
- Coordinate with inventory departments to support future maintenance demand
- Problem solve and research alternatives to meet demand requirements
- Ensure compliance with corporate and government regulations
- Provide management oversight for supplier contractual adherence
- Attend audit and necessary meetings for supported aircraft
