Job Requirements
- Current authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- must be able to work 100% onsite
- willingness to visit and work at multiple PacBio locations as required
- ability to perform all listed essential job functions

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse material handling experience
- experience in receiving, stockroom, material handling, and inventory analysis roles
- experience in a life science environment
- knowledge of shipping cold chain temperature-sensitive materials and dangerous goods
- ability to work as a self-starter and a team player
- flexibility to take on evolving challenges
- experience in implementing and improving cycle count programs and KANBAN systems
- experience in both large and small manufacturing environments
- proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
- excellent customer service skills
- strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ability to exercise independent judgment and recommend cost-effective methods
Job Duties
- Receive and process incoming material
- securely and safely store materials
- issue material to work orders and other uses
- ensure all necessary transactions are completed in the ERP system
- perform cycle counts
- analyze inventory discrepancies
- perform assigned duties in a timely and accurate manner
- ensure all inventory control activities meet company schedules and budgets
