Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Professional Controller (CPC) certification required
- Minimum five years recent CPC experience controlling live air traffic or as a contract instructor at an FAA facility
- US citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- Ability to work full-time at the Denver FAA Regional Training Site
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Preferred supervisory or managerial experience
- Preferred curriculum development experience
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage overall delivery of contract training and support at the FAA facility
- Communicate effectively with FAA and contract personnel
- Execute the Controller Training Solutions contract requirements
- Oversee performance and financial management of resources including personnel and budget
- Assist in developing training plans and maintaining training materials
- Conduct training sessions and support training administration
- Ensure adherence to high-quality training standards throughout operations
