Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Professional Controller (CPC) certification required
  • Minimum five years recent CPC experience controlling live air traffic or as a contract instructor at an FAA facility
  • US citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
  • Ability to work full-time at the Denver FAA Regional Training Site
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Preferred supervisory or managerial experience
  • Preferred curriculum development experience

Job Qualifications

  • Certified Professional Controller (CPC) certification
  • Minimum five years recent CPC experience controlling live air traffic or recent contract instructor experience at an FAA facility
  • Curriculum development experience
  • Supervisory or managerial experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of ATC automation and simulation systems
  • US citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance

Job Duties

  • Manage overall delivery of contract training and support at the FAA facility
  • Communicate effectively with FAA and contract personnel
  • Execute the Controller Training Solutions contract requirements
  • Oversee performance and financial management of resources including personnel and budget
  • Assist in developing training plans and maintaining training materials
  • Conduct training sessions and support training administration
  • Ensure adherence to high-quality training standards throughout operations
