Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent military or practical experience
  • strong understanding of foodservice industry including kitchen layouts and equipment
  • proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • understanding of technical specifications, blueprints, and installation preferred
  • ability to pass background check post offer acceptance

Job Duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • conduct thorough needs assessments
  • provide expert consultation on equipment selection and kitchen functionality
  • develop targeted cold calling and emailing campaigns
  • conduct on-site visits to client locations
  • maintain and update sales pipeline
  • track and report sales metrics regularly
