Job Requirements

- Variable hours including late-night shifts depending on event timing
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of janitorial management experience, preferably in high-volume or event-based settings
- Proven ability to manage large teams (50+ employees), including hourly and supervisory staff
- Strong understanding of cleaning protocols, chemical safety, and equipment usage
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Job Duties
- Manage daily and event-specific janitorial operations across multiple facility zones
- Oversee pre-event preparations, during-event maintenance, and post-event deep cleaning
- Recruit, train, and manage a large team of custodial staff, including leads and supervisors
- Monitor staffing levels and reassign resources as needed to meet operational demands
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and health standards, as well as company policies
- Coordinate with event planners, facility managers, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate replenishment with procurement
- Respond to urgent requests and deploy rapid response teams during event activities
- Prepare and submit reports related to staffing, service quality, and client satisfaction
- Conduct site inspections and provide coaching or corrective action as needed
