Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in manufacturing
- Must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of HBS and/or Toyota Production System
- Must have demonstrated experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring others
- Experience with Hoshin framework, TPM/OEE, 5S, Kaizen, visual factory management, work design, and A3 thinking and improvement plans improvement atmosphere
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring teams
- Solid understanding of HBS and Toyota Production System principles
- Skilled in Lean manufacturing tools including Hoshin Kanri, TPM/OEE, 5S, Kaizen, and A3 thinking
- Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards and NADCAP compliance
- Hands-on leadership with ability to engage on the shop floor
- Proven track record facilitating continuous improvement activities
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and SQL
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present effectively to personnel at all organizational levels
- Passion for continuous learning, teaching, and building capability in others
Job Duties
- Provide expertise and guidance as an improvement agent with both strategic and tactical implementation assistance
- Support sustainability by prioritizing plant and enterprise-level strategies and ensuring plan adoption and accountability
- Conduct educational events and respond to operational needs creating efficiencies through Lean and continuous improvement tools
- Develop compelling business cases for interventions and communicate rationale while measuring success through business performance
- Analyze data to identify root causes and translate observations into technical solutions
- Influence others without direct authority by using data-driven justifications and collaborating with leadership
- Coach and mentor employees to build continuous improvement capability
- Challenge the status quo by innovating and networking to find and propose solutions
- Drive Hoshin Kanri leadership by facilitating annual plans and ensuring alignment between corporate and plant strategies
- Serve as Lean expert and coach standard Lean practices including Daily Management, A3 Thinking, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen
- Lead structured problem solving using 8D, 5 Whys, and DMAIC
- Facilitate Kaizen events to improve flow, reduce waste, and optimize processes
- Drive visual factory management linking metrics to actions
- Provide operational excellence scorecard updates to leadership
- Promote cultural transformation via employee involvement
- Train leaders and frontline staff in Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
- Develop internal champions to foster team-based problem solving
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve productivity, reduce variation, and enhance throughput
- Ensure measurable and sustainable impact from improvement projects
