Job Duties
- Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle according to company policy
- safely operate a truck along designated routes or within yards to deliver and remove containers
- operate manual and automatic controls to lift and load containers
- courteously interact with customers, dispatchers, and co-workers
- perform minor repairs to containers on site or in the container yard
- clean areas around accidental waste spills adhering to safety standards
- monitor vehicle condition continuously to minimize downtime
- complete required route and productivity reports and Vehicle Condition Reports
- follow all required safety policies and procedures
- actively participate in the company’s ReSOP program
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
