Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Complete three weeks of instructor-led training and two to four weeks of on-the-job training
  • Ability to observe and process on-screen information accurately
  • Ability to communicate verbally using headset or microphone
  • Ability to operate keyboard and mouse for typing and on-screen selections
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
  • For remote work, minimum internet download speed of 50 Mbps
  • Minimum internet upload speed of 5 Mbps
  • Direct ethernet connection to internet router required
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • Effective time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Ability to multi-task

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic knowledge of banking, electronic banking, and credit card services
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • One year of customer service or production experience preferred
  • Ability to recommend banking products and services to customers
