Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Seven plus years of relevant customer-facing experience in data, AI, CRM, and analytics
  • Strong technical background in CRM, data architecture, and AI/ML
  • Proven ability to manage and influence C-Level executive relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Commitment to data privacy and ethical standards
  • Experience with Salesforce platform certifications preferred
  • Flexibility to work in an office-flexible arrangement, with two days per week in-office when local to an office

Job Qualifications

  • Seven plus years in customer-facing solutioning for data, analytics, AI, and CRM
  • Full-stack technical expertise including CRM, data architecture, and AI/ML with experience managing technical relationships with C-Level executives
  • Proven ability to drive effective communication and influence in large organizations
  • Demonstrated success as a trusted advisor understanding customer motivations and integrating complex data architectures
  • Experience driving customer success in large, complex selling organizations
  • Deep industry knowledge of use cases, data architectures, and integration patterns
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of emerging data and AI technologies
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with capability to work independently and remotely
  • Commitment to data ethics and privacy compliance
  • Hands-on product development experience building 0-1 products
  • Strong facilitation, workshopping, and whiteboarding skills

Job Duties

  • Develop an understanding and knowledge of customer's Salesforce Data 360 and Agentforce implementation and evangelize the capabilities of Data 360 and Agentforce
  • Engage with strategic customers to understand their goals, assess their capabilities, and provide recommendations to accelerate consumption and achieve business and technology objectives
  • Drive operational excellence that promotes scalable consumption, ACV growth, and customer success
  • Guide impactful discovery conversations to identify client needs and tailor creative solutions
  • Advise customers on organizational strategy, governance, and change management processes
  • Apply hands-on Data 360 and Agentforce product knowledge to align platform functions with customer priorities and roadmaps
  • Identify risks to customer goals and collaborate on risk mitigation plans
  • Produce and implement comprehensive adoption paths with timelines and enablement plans
  • Deliver value by understanding customer business challenges and growth potential
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships with IT and business leadership to solidify partnerships and collaboration
  • Network within accounts at various levels to help customers achieve their goals
  • Recommend additional Salesforce services and advisory experts when appropriate
  • Communicate technical product changes and updates proactively
  • Collaborate with product teams to understand solutions and advocate for customer needs
  • Work with sales and engineering teams to accelerate Data 360 platform adoption and growth
