Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • experience in professional services operations
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other firm-supported platforms
  • excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience in project coordination and process management
  • willingness to learn and utilize AI including Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT
  • ability to travel as needed in support of leadership

Job Duties

  • Manage schedules and arrange meetings for leadership
  • coordinate travel arrangements and event support
  • prepare, edit, format, and proofread complex documents and communications
  • support communications and proposals with clients and prospects
  • generate reports and manage data
  • interact with internal Crowe support functions such as contracts, billing, sales management, risk management
  • proactive meeting preparation and debrief
  • support the development and implementation of policies and procedures
  • oversee the work of the administrative team
  • ensure adherence to firm standards and best practices
  • some travel is required in support of the leadership team
