Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an administrative support role
- experience in professional services operations
- proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other firm-supported platforms
- excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills
- experience in project coordination and process management
- willingness to learn and utilize AI including Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT
- ability to travel as needed in support of leadership

Job Duties
- Manage schedules and arrange meetings for leadership
- coordinate travel arrangements and event support
- prepare, edit, format, and proofread complex documents and communications
- support communications and proposals with clients and prospects
- generate reports and manage data
- interact with internal Crowe support functions such as contracts, billing, sales management, risk management
- proactive meeting preparation and debrief
- support the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- oversee the work of the administrative team
- ensure adherence to firm standards and best practices
- some travel is required in support of the leadership team
