Job Requirements
- BS in engineering (chemical, civil, or environmental), geology, hydrogeology, environmental science, or related field or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience including task management and field implementation of remediation projects
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to established health and safety protocols
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- strong organization and analytical abilities
- Experience recording and writing detailed technical data and reports (a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented mindset with mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Local candidates or those willing to relocate preferred

Job Duties
- Conduct environmental field work including sampling, drilling, monitoring well installation, and soil, groundwater, and free-phase product assessment
- Perform vapor intrusion assessments, remedial pilot tests, and provide oversight during remedial system construction
- Assist with groundwater and system performance monitoring and optimization
- Compile and evaluate environmental data and support technical report preparation
- Prepare environmental compliance plans, permits, and detailed reports for site assessment and remediation activities
- Execute Phase I and II environmental site assessments in support of property transfer transactions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations
- Manage tasks within quality, budget, and schedule expectations
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, regulatory representatives, tenants, and clients during field activities
