Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in beverage management or related roles
  • Proven expertise in wine, spirits, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverage trends
  • Ability to develop and execute innovative beverage programs
  • Strong interpersonal and training skills
  • Relevant certification preferred such as sommelier, cicerone, or BARSmarts
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of guest service and teamwork

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in beverage management, mixology, or sommelier roles within high-end hospitality environments
  • Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, coffee, and emerging beverage trends
  • Proven record of developing creative, cost-effective beverage programs
  • Strong communication, presentation, and training skills
  • Certification such as Sommelier, Cicerone, or BARSmarts preferred
  • Proficiency in inventory systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement beverage programs aligned with company brand standards, client expectations, and financial goals
  • Curate seasonal cocktail menus, non-alcoholic offerings, and specialty programs that enhance the culinary vision
  • Conduct tastings, staff trainings, and educational sessions to foster product knowledge and service excellence
  • Partner with culinary and operations teams to ensure cohesive food and beverage pairings
  • Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and manage beverage cost control and inventory systems
  • Analyze sales performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide actionable insights
  • Stay current with industry trends, sustainability initiatives, and responsible service standards
  • Support beverage-related activations, promotional events, and client experiences
