Job Requirements
- 3 years of site supervising experience
- Ability to manage several projects at the same time
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexible schedule evenings and weekends may be required
- Must be very proficient Word, Excel and Outlook
- College degree helpful but not required
- Good driving record
- Ability to pass drug testing and background screening

Job Duties
- Construction knowledge

- Write and establish budgets
- Write and establish job costing
- Familiar with insurance regulations and qualifications
- Possess strong computer skills
- Handle large volume of claims in a timely manner
- Schedule jobs by trade including all subcontractors
- Provide detailed material list for each job
- Place orders for special items required
- Manage and oversee progress and quality of work on assigned jobs
- Provide bi-weekly updates on active jobs
- Perform quality control visual walk-through on completed jobs
- Review all invoices for materials and subcontracted labor and approve for payment
- Develop and maintain relationships with approved subcontractors and negotiate bids
