Job Requirements

  • 3 years of site supervising experience
  • Ability to manage several projects at the same time
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Flexible schedule evenings and weekends may be required
  • Must be very proficient Word, Excel and Outlook
  • College degree helpful but not required
  • Good driving record
  • Ability to pass drug testing and background screening

Job Duties

  • Construction knowledge
  • Management skills
  • Write and establish budgets
  • Write and establish job costing
  • Familiar with insurance regulations and qualifications
  • Possess strong computer skills
  • Handle large volume of claims in a timely manner
  • Schedule jobs by trade including all subcontractors
  • Provide detailed material list for each job
  • Place orders for special items required
  • Manage and oversee progress and quality of work on assigned jobs
  • Provide bi-weekly updates on active jobs
  • Perform quality control visual walk-through on completed jobs
  • Review all invoices for materials and subcontracted labor and approve for payment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with approved subcontractors and negotiate bids
