Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management or Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of construction management experience
  • Proficient knowledge of zoning and building codes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel extensively with overnight stays
  • Effective supervisory and leadership capability
  • Solid understanding of construction processes and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management or Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience preferably in retail and hospitality environments
  • Familiarity with structural, mechanical, electrical building systems and civil design
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proficient in critical path scheduling
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Extensive contract management experience
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local regulatory requirements
  • Experience in financial and budgetary management of multiple projects

Job Duties

  • Oversee 20-25 remodels or new store openings per year
  • Assist with construction-related items across multiple brands as assigned
  • Conduct due diligence from site investigations to geotechnical assessments
  • Manage overall development timelines including milestone steps
  • Represent brands at meetings with municipalities and authorities
  • Supervise contractors including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Prepare weekly, interim, and completion project reports including budgeting and design review
