Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical labor
- willingness to travel overnight for up to 90+ days
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ability to follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment
- valid driver’s license preferred
- ability to work as part of a small team

- previous experience in scaffolding or construction preferred
- knowledge of safety standards and protocols
- ability to read and interpret project plans and equipment lists
- strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- good teamwork and communication skills
- willingness to travel overnight for extended periods
Job Duties
- build and breakdown scaffolds
- install ladders, walkways and handrails
- assist in safe and efficient installation and removal of equipment according to project-specific plans
- inspect all scaffold components prior to assembly
- clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris
- load and unload equipment and materials from trucks and vehicles
- study plans and equipment lists prior to on-site installation
- ensure appropriate safety measures are followed, including use of safety equipment
- maintain fall protection requirements while erecting/dismantling scaffolds
- ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift
- ensure full client satisfaction relating to the quality of service and finished product
- perform other duties as required
