Job Requirements
- Prior experience as Area Manager or Senior Superintendent or Site Manager, 10 years
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
- proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Suite and BuildPro
- strong coaching and mentoring abilities
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong communication skills
- knowledge in reading and interpreting working drawings
- exceptional customer interaction skills

Job Duties
- Manage, coach, and mentor Site Manager and Assistant Site Managers
- lead the construction team and create consistency in processes and standards
- participate in performance development plans including conducting reviews
- partner with Operations and HR to project staffing needs
- review business plans and management goals with site teams
- develop operational strategies and improve processes
- review subcontractor evaluations and provide feedback
- persuade and influence team members and contractors to achieve goals
- foster an open-door culture for team engagement
- ensure adherence to Brookfield's safety program and proper training
- conduct jobsite condition walks for safety compliance
- complete weekly site assessments and observations
- collaborate with safety consultants and OSHA for safety certifications and education
- review customer surveys to improve experience
- lead quality improvement initiatives
- coordinate with Purchasing on homeowner inquiries affecting budget and schedule
- monitor indirect budgets and conduct quarterly reviews
- supervise daily construction activities ensuring customization completion
- create, maintain, and execute production schedules
- ensure proficiency in scheduling software and approvals
- assist with contractor problem-solving
- maintain jobsite cleanliness and neighborhood image
- review and approve custom option requests and late change orders
- ensure specification and contract scope adherence
- review and manage general conditions budget
- maintain Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and BMPs
- conduct quality control and orientation walks and ensure home readiness
