Job Duties
- Provide strong customer service by delivering accurate information to customers
- Express appropriate empathy in customer interactions
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
- Use multiple system applications and administrative processes
- Create detailed documentation for internal business partners
- Understand and process leave requests in compliance with FMLA and state regulations
- Partner with other business areas to support leave management
