Job Duties
- Provide accurate information to customers
- Express empathy and resolve customer issues
- Use multiple system applications and administrative processes

- Understand and manage leaves per FMLA and state regulations
- Process medical certifications and manage relationships with employees and employers
- Adjudicate claims by comparing them to benefit coverage requirements
