Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • strong organizational skills
  • customer service-oriented mindset
  • proficiency in relevant software tools

Job Qualifications

  • experience in hotel event coordination or similar role
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • coordinate all requirements for various conference groups booked by the Sales Department
  • enforce the terms of sales letter of agreement
  • guide meeting planners through the planning process
  • communicate the needs and expectations of the client with all hotel departments
  • ensure successful execution of group events
  • maintain high levels of client satisfaction
  • serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
