Job Requirements

Job Duties
- coordinate all requirements for various conference groups booked by the Sales Department
- enforce the terms of sales letter of agreement
- guide meeting planners through the planning process
- communicate the needs and expectations of the client with all hotel departments
- ensure successful execution of group events
- maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
