Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event or conference planning
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Valid work authorization

- Proven experience in conference or event management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Familiarity with sales agreements and contracts
- Ability to work collaboratively with various hotel departments

- Experience in the luxury hospitality industry preferred
Job Duties
- Communicates the needs and expectations of the client with all departments in the hotel
- Ensures successful execution of group and client satisfaction
- Coordinates requirements for various conference groups booked by the Sales Department
- Enforces the terms of sales letter of agreement and guides meeting planners through the planning process
- Plans all details of events while overseeing client relationships
- Manages group business and private individual clients
- Collaborates with different departments to facilitate seamless event execution
