Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • flexibility to accommodate event schedules and last-minute changes

Job Qualifications

  • Have an eye for detail and a love for making things happen
  • be quick on your feet, calm under pressure, and able to multitask like a pro
  • experience in hospitality or event coordination, a plus if you have handled large group events or conferences
  • tech-savvy with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office, spreadsheets are your sidekick
  • be a naturally upbeat communicator who can charm guests, teammates, and vendors alike

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with clients to plan events that are as fun as they are flawless
  • coordinate with resort departments to make every detail from decor to dessert fall perfectly into place
  • keep timelines tight and vendors happier than a guest at our margarita bar
  • manage last-minute changes with grace and a grin
  • anticipate needs, solve surprises, and make sure every little thing adds up to a big success
