Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
- flexibility to accommodate event schedules and last-minute changes
Job Qualifications
- Have an eye for detail and a love for making things happen
- be quick on your feet, calm under pressure, and able to multitask like a pro
- experience in hospitality or event coordination, a plus if you have handled large group events or conferences
- tech-savvy with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office, spreadsheets are your sidekick
- be a naturally upbeat communicator who can charm guests, teammates, and vendors alike
Job Duties
- Collaborate with clients to plan events that are as fun as they are flawless
- coordinate with resort departments to make every detail from decor to dessert fall perfectly into place
- keep timelines tight and vendors happier than a guest at our margarita bar
- manage last-minute changes with grace and a grin
- anticipate needs, solve surprises, and make sure every little thing adds up to a big success
