Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for smaller meetings and events
- Provide support for larger and more complex meetings as needed
- Coordinate guest services including arrival, transportation, signage, special needs, printing, and security
- Create a hospitable environment for attendees, event owners, and vendors during events
- Assist with conference room turnover and midday refresh
- Reconfigure rooms for evening indoor and outdoor events
- Gather event supplies and manage equipment needs
- Oversee food and beverage services and facility security
- Conduct room setups, refreshes, and removal of event items
- Maintain outlines of small space configurations and decor possibilities
- Perform room checks to ensure technical and visual functionality
- Troubleshoot audio and technical issues
- Manage small inventory of event supplies
- Coordinate master meeting and event calendar for small to medium-sized spaces
- Communicate event schedules to team and service providers
- Assist with post-event reporting and issue escalation
- Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems
- Deliver outcomes under close supervision and guidance
