Job Duties
- Plan and execute event logistics ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards
- Advise clients strategically on event needs including room selection, setup, audiovisual support, catering, and on-site coordination
- Manage event calendars and allocate rooms to optimize scheduling
- Coordinate recurring meetings with disciplined scheduling and resource management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by deeply understanding their needs and exceeding expectations
- Collaborate effectively with catering, IT, security, and facilities teams to ensure flawless event execution
- Proactively anticipate and resolve potential challenges to guarantee smooth event delivery
