Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
  • experience working in hotels or luxury venues
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • proficiency with event management software
  • excellent leadership and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • own all phases of the event lifecycle: planning, coordination, and on-site execution
  • craft and distribute detailed banquet event orders (BEOs), timelines, and diagrams
  • lead pre-event meetings and walkthroughs with clients and internal teams
  • communicate with culinary, banquet, AV, and hotel leadership to ensure seamless flow
  • provide on-site leadership during events, solving problems with poise and precision
  • ensure brand standards, service excellence, and safety protocols are always in tune
  • evaluate each event post-show and share insights for continuous improvement
