Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
- experience working in hotels or luxury venues
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- proficiency with event management software
- excellent leadership and multitasking abilities

Job Duties
- own all phases of the event lifecycle: planning, coordination, and on-site execution
- craft and distribute detailed banquet event orders (BEOs), timelines, and diagrams
- lead pre-event meetings and walkthroughs with clients and internal teams
- communicate with culinary, banquet, AV, and hotel leadership to ensure seamless flow
- provide on-site leadership during events, solving problems with poise and precision
- ensure brand standards, service excellence, and safety protocols are always in tune
- evaluate each event post-show and share insights for continuous improvement
