Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- College degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of two years in sales or event management with one year in food and beverage or hospitality-related work experience
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal departments
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure
- Prior experience in high-volume or luxury environments preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as business requires
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to occasionally assist in breaking down and setting up banquet spaces or assist in food service requiring lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate and communicate details for sales groups, conventions, and social events
- Manage hotel guestrooms, catering services, food and beverage, and banquet facilities
- Maximize total rooms, food, beverage, and meeting room rental revenues and profits
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Ensure flawless execution of events
- Collaborate with various departments to anticipate client needs
- Occasionally assist in breaking down and setting up banquet spaces or in food service requiring lifting up to 50 pounds
