Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of hotel event planning experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of food and beverage experience
  • Strong understanding of contracts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to communicate well with the public and team members
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Experience with hospitality sales CRM systems

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Coordinate meetings, banquets, and special events
  • Act as the main point of contact between guests and sales team
  • Manage room blocks, food and beverage arrangements, and event spaces
  • Interpret and oversee contract terms and conditions
  • Provide excellent customer service and problem solving
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Manage time efficiently and work well under pressure
