Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years of hotel event planning experience
- at least 1 year of food and beverage experience
- knowledge of contract interpretation
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and hospitality CRM software
- professional demeanor
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Coordinate meetings, banquets, and special events
- serve as the primary contact between guests and sales team
- manage room blocks, food and beverage arrangements, event spaces, and billing
- interpret and ensure compliance with contracts
- resolve problems promptly and professionally
- maintain communication with group and catering customers
- uphold Margaritaville brand standards in all event planning
