Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Act as the liaison between the client and the hotel for all client needs such as hotel rooms, catering and events, audio visual, transportation, off-site event recommendations
  • Review all Banquet Event Orders, resumes, and daily and weekly banquet sheets to ensure accuracy
  • Create BEOs and ensure client contractual agreements are carried out
  • Work with the Banquets Department as needed to update BEOs/resumes and ensure details are carried out as contracted
  • Make sure any group changes are added to daily BEO change log, including final guaranteed guest counts
  • Meet and greet clients on site and field subsequent communications
  • Attend events, welcoming guests upon arrival and re-confirming set-up and food and beverage needs
  • Assist sales efforts to ensure proper utilization of function space to yield maximum revenues
  • Manage the catering day-to-day operation via scheduling, payroll, recruiting, planning, controlling, and analyzing all aspects of the department
