Job Duties
- Act as liaison between the client and the hotel for all client needs
- Meet and greet clients while on site and field subsequent communications
- Attend events, welcoming guests upon arrival and re-confirming set-up, and food and beverage need
- Create BEO's and ensure client contractual agreements are carried out
- Maximize event revenues by upselling
- Manage the catering day-to-day operation via scheduling, payroll, recruiting, planning, controlling, and analyzing all aspects of the department
