Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in conference center, hospitality, or event technology support
  • Strong technical proficiency with AV systems, video conferencing platforms, and basic IT troubleshooting
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Physical ability to lift equipment and perform setups
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required
  • Report to work on scheduled days
  • Follow up with Lead for assignments
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Job Duties

  • Execute the setup, operation, and breakdown for meetings and events
  • Serve as the main technical resource and on-site expert for clients, presenters, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all setups meet safety, accessibility, and quality standards
  • Document procedures, event setups, and incident reports accurately and promptly
  • Able to read, understand and write set-ups
  • Able to lift and carry equipment, chairs, tables, etc.
  • Uphold a high standard of customer service, professionalism, and responsiveness at all times
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and waste in accordance with company policies
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
  • Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor
  • Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation
