- proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet

Job Duties
- Answers telephones and makes reservations for clients
- plans for use of the conference center
- communicates to operating departments including Conference Services, Catering, and Audio Visual as needed
- finalizes all planning details with clients and distributes to all operating departments
- checks all conference rooms and ensures Audio Visual equipment are set according to customer standards before client arrives
- provides business center services when requested
- tracks information in the database and runs end of day reports
- performs other duties as assigned
