Job Duties
- Meet regularly with conference liaison
- fulfill conference tasks and assignments as needed per conference
- prepare training materials and information for students and volunteers
- manage tasks and timelines for student support and make assignments
- coordinate and communicate regularly with all committee leads
- oversee each Symposium subcommittee and work closely with conference liaison: Recruitment/Volunteer

- plan and conduct weekly Symposium Executive Committee meetings with Center personnel and committee members
- create and manage master schedules
- utilize database information/reports to help student committee fulfill their responsibilities
- regularly follow up with each committee, ensuring tasks are done per the timeline
- manage and track communications with all student committee members and volunteers
- coordinate Law School IT and scheduling support
- review information from previous years and update logistics and information for current year
- write up a summary of the logistical management for the Center at the conclusion of the Annual Review and the Symposium
