  • Preferred bachelor's degree and 2 or more years of related experience

Job Duties

  • Meet regularly with conference liaison
  • Fulfill conference tasks and assignments as needed per conference
  • Prepare training materials and information for students and volunteers
  • Manage tasks and timelines for student support and make assignments
  • Coordinate and communicate regularly with all committee leads
  • Oversee each Symposium subcommittee and work closely with conference liaison: Recruitment/Volunteer
  • Transportation
  • Hosting
  • Concierge
  • Documents/Media
  • Plan and conduct weekly Symposium Executive Committee meetings with Center personnel and committee members
  • Create and manage master schedules
  • Utilize database information/reports to help student committee fulfill their responsibilities
  • Regularly follow up with each committee, ensuring tasks are done per the timeline
  • Manage and track communications with all student committee members and volunteers
  • Coordinate Law School IT and scheduling support
  • Review information from previous years and update logistics and information for current year
  • Write up a summary of the logistical management for the Center at the conclusion of the Annual Review and the Symposium
