- Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints must hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend

Job Duties
- Meet regularly with conference liaison
- Fulfill conference tasks and assignments as needed per conference
- Prepare training materials and information for students and volunteers
- Manage tasks and timelines for student support and make assignments
- Coordinate and communicate regularly with all committee leads
- Oversee each Symposium subcommittee and work closely with conference liaison: Recruitment/Volunteer
- Transportation
- Hosting

- Plan and conduct weekly Symposium Executive Committee meetings with Center personnel and committee members
- Create and manage master schedules
- Utilize database information/reports to help student committee fulfill their responsibilities
- Regularly follow up with each committee, ensuring tasks are done per the timeline
- Manage and track communications with all student committee members and volunteers
- Coordinate Law School IT and scheduling support
- Review information from previous years and update logistics and information for current year
- Write up a summary of the logistical management for the Center at the conclusion of the Annual Review and the Symposium
