Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience working in customer service 6 months or more
- experience working in event planning and/or event management 1 year or more
- ability to work 40 hours per week
- flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Schedules logistics and secures resources for all aspects of events including space, vendors, and staff
- coordinates details and resolves operational issues
- assists with planning and the creation of promotional materials and resources for events
- communicates with customers to determine event details and requirements, evaluates requests, recommends service plans and pricing, and provides status updates
- greets customers/guests, assists with registration, answers questions, and refers complex issues to appropriate entities
- monitors and processes event-related transactions and event data and records
