Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
- experience in a hospitality or banquet environment preferred
- strong communication skills in English
- basic arithmetic skills
- ability to use office equipment including fax machines, copiers, and computers
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- professionalism and a welcoming attitude
- ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues promptly
- maintain confidentiality
- willingness to follow resort and departmental guidelines

Job Duties
- Utilize departmental communications including radio, paging, cellular phone, and office phone use
- read, process, and file banquet event orders, resumes, and audiovisual material daily
- assist clients with faxing, copying, computer needs, internet access, and shipping
- complete business center billing accurately
- follow all resort and department guidelines
- act as liaison between guests and hotel to ensure a successful guest experience
- assist all guests with business center requests
- support the Director of Banquets with administrative needs
- maintain hotel standards regarding business center, hotel, and food and beverage
- take ownership of the floor ensuring an exceptional guest experience
- check meeting spaces per BEOs for correct setup and cleanliness
- ensure accurate door signage and lobby postings
- report deficiencies to Director of Banquets
- prepare monthly purchase orders for business center supplies
- assist guests with challenges and requests
- communicate changes to appropriate departments
- assist with nametags, table tents, conference dining table tags, and menu description cards
- ensure all business center equipment is operational
- perform other duties assigned by Director of Banquets
