Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of related work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Professionalism and integrity in daily interactions
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and departments

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of related work experience
  • Experience in hospitality or food service preferred
  • Professional certification in hospitality a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Implement various event, meeting and hospitality functions
  • Manage proper and timely utilization of the audio-visual equipment and staff
  • Support other departments (Facilities and Hospitality) to ensure that the office is well-maintained
  • Occasionally provide hospitality services, including coordination with caterers, service responsibilities, relocating furniture and seating, inventory, and maintenance and cleanup of hospitality areas
  • Serve as back up to Receptionist on occasion
  • Ensure that every Client is receiving a 5-star experience
  • Act with an exceptional level of professionalism and customer service
