Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or conference center support roles preferred
- ability to lift 50-100 lbs comfortably and safely
- reliable transportation to work location
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- pass a background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- working knowledge of audio-visual equipment highly desirable
- highly punctual, responsible, and reliable
- excellent customer service and organizational skills
- ability to work well independently and under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment
- maintain a consistently professional approach with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility
- strong written and verbal communications skills

Job Duties
- liaise with Rapport director and coordinator to complete in conference room setups to agreed specifications
- ensure all meeting rooms that are being used are cleaned and reset by adjusting all chairs to consistent height
- reset all conference rooms and public space for the following day according to daily set-up sheets
- liaise with FM supplier to move/store furniture from storage as needed for meeting preparation
- deliver materials for meeting/training to meeting rooms prior to the start of the event
- provide exceptional internal and external workplace experience
- liaise with FM supplier to ensure the cleanliness of all conference rooms and auditorium
- collaborate and interact effectively with all other departments
- effectively resolve amenities-related issues to enhance the user experience
- perform other duties as assigned
