Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at Wichita State University
- Available to work occasional weekends
- Maintain good conduct standing with the university
- Must be enrolled at the university during fall and/or spring semester making academic progress towards graduation

Job Duties
- Serve as an information source and role model for the Housing department
- Ensure rooms are ready for guests by facilitating room and building checks and placing linens for the duration of the groups' stay
- Coordinate with custodial and maintenance teams to prepare rooms for incoming groups
- Prepare room keys and roster packets for each group, completing audits on keys before and after each group
- Set up and organize spaces for group check-ins and conference activities and events in the residence hall
- Provide on-site support and act as the secondary point of contact for conferences
- Facilitate check-in process for groups as they arrive
