Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years of experience in communications, marketing and/or event management
- Valid motor vehicle operator's license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years of experience in communications, marketing and/or event management
- Valid motor vehicle operator's license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience with marketing materials production and brand compliance
Job Duties
- Coordinate conference and special event preparations for the division
- Maintain compliance with policies and procedures for conferences and events
- Maintain conference and event tracking systems
- Complete registration requirements and order necessary furnishings
- Monitor deliverables and timelines and take corrective actions
- Support event logistics including packaging and shipping promotional materials
- Assist with preparation of budgets for conferences and events
