Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three years of experience in communications, marketing and/or event management
  • Valid motor vehicle operator's license or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three years of experience in communications, marketing and/or event management
  • Valid motor vehicle operator's license or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with marketing materials production and brand compliance

Job Duties

  • Coordinate conference and special event preparations for the division
  • Maintain compliance with policies and procedures for conferences and events
  • Maintain conference and event tracking systems
  • Complete registration requirements and order necessary furnishings
  • Monitor deliverables and timelines and take corrective actions
  • Support event logistics including packaging and shipping promotional materials
  • Assist with preparation of budgets for conferences and events
