Job Requirements

  • Education level in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Experience in event coordination or related industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability for hybrid work schedule

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Cvent and Salesforce is a plus
  • Degree in hospitality or experience within the events industry preferred
  • Strong follow-up and time management skills
  • Ability to remain calm and stay focused under pressure
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and professional demeanor

Job Duties

  • Researching venues, décor, gifts, restaurants, activities, and entertainers
  • Providing ongoing support to the conference and events team by assisting with daily tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective communication
  • Coordinating and supporting all administrative aspects of conferences and events, including generating and analyzing reports, maintaining accurate historical data and records, and ensuring information is organized, up-to-date, and accessible
  • Organizing internal meetings, both pre- and post-conference, coordinating weekly huddles, and preparing meeting minutes
  • Keeping the production room and storage area organized and stocked, maintaining product inventory
  • Handling shipping and receiving conference materials and supplies, serving as the team liaison with office services
