Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in event services
  • Proficient in event management software and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of event services experience
  • Strong technology skills including BEOs, diagramming tools, and CRM systems
  • Flexible and adaptable to varying event schedules
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Understanding of group and social event segments

Job Duties

  • Collaborate directly with clients to craft detailed, unforgettable event experiences
  • Lead banquet coordination by managing timely BEO creation and distribution
  • Drive revenue through upselling opportunities and proactive communication with clients
  • Monitor guestroom blocks and ensure contracts are on track to avoid attrition charges
  • Manage payments from start to finish, ensuring every invoice is clear and accurate
  • Lead site tours, join pre- and post-event meetings, and be there for event execution
  • Support the Sales and Marketing team with sales activities and revenue checks
