Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in event services or hospitality
- Proficiency with banquet event orders and CRM software
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- 2 plus years of event services experience
- Strong technology skills including BEOs, diagramming tools, and CRM systems
- Exceptional communication skills
- Understanding of group and social event segments
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules
Job Duties
- Collaborate directly with clients to craft detailed, unforgettable event experiences
- Lead banquet coordination by managing timely BEO creation and distribution
- Drive revenue through upselling opportunities and proactive communication with clients
- Monitor guestroom blocks and ensure contracts are on track to avoid attrition charges
- Manage payments from start to finish, ensuring every invoice is clear and accurate
- Lead site tours, join pre- and post-event meetings, and be there for event execution
- Support the Sales and Marketing team with sales activities and revenue checks
