Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of experience in event services
  • Proficiency with event management software and CRM tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules including evenings and weekends
  • Must be reliable and detail oriented

Job Qualifications

  • Two plus years of event services experience
  • Strong technology skills including BEOs diagramming tools and CRM systems
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Understanding of group and social event segments
  • Ability to work flexible and adaptable hours
  • Proven ability to maintain client relationships
  • Experience supporting sales and marketing teams

Job Duties

  • Collaborate directly with clients to craft detailed unforgettable event experiences
  • Lead banquet coordination by managing timely BEO creation and distribution
  • Drive revenue through upselling opportunities and proactive communication with clients
  • Monitor guestroom blocks and ensure contracts are on track to avoid attrition charges
  • Manage payments from start to finish ensuring every invoice is clear and accurate
  • Lead site tours join pre and post-event meetings and be there for event execution
  • Support the Sales and Marketing team with sales activities and revenue checks
