Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience in event planning and execution
- at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to manage high-profile events with VIP or corporate clients
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings and irregular hours
Job Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in event planning and execution, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing high-end events for VIP or corporate clients
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, as needed
- CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) or CSEP (Certified Special Events Professional) certification preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Background in luxury hospitality or fine dining
- Experience with international events or multi-day conferences
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring a white-glove service experience from concept to completion
- Understand and anticipate client needs, customizing event experiences to reflect their brand, vision, and expectations
- Maintain discretion and professionalism in all client interactions
- Lead the planning and execution of conferences and large scale dining experiences
- Oversee all event logistics including menu development, staffing, décor, and AV needs
- Ensure all events meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and brand alignment
- Manage a cross-functional team of event planners, culinary staff, and service personnel
- Collaborate closely with culinary, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with premium vendors and suppliers
- Monitor event KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative concepts to elevate the guest experience
