Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have a Class B CDL or be willing to obtain one during onboarding
- Must have a valid NE driver’s license and meet company insurance program requirements
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, load tickets, SDS sheets, and memos
- Must meet DOT physical requirements and carry a current physical exam card
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including late or irregular hours
- Previous knowledge of construction products is helpful

- Ability to meet DOT physical requirements and maintain current physical exam card
- Possession or training for Class B CDL
- Valid NE driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements
- Strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Abide by company safety program and policies while performing duties safely
- Perform daily pre and post-trip safety checks on equipment and truck
- Document any required maintenance
- Fill fuel and water tanks and record fuel and mileage
- Maintain log book and records to meet DOT and company regulations
- Back or drive truck under loading hopper and start mixer according to plant personnel guidelines
- Drive to job sites to deliver and unload concrete mix and support products
- Assemble and attach concrete chute and control discharge according to specifications
- Clean truck after unloading and prepare for return to plant
- Record information on shipping tickets, equipment logs, and timecards
- Perform minor routine vehicle maintenance
- Assist in other plant and yard duties when workload is light
- Communicate effectively using radio to report issues or concerns
