Job Requirements
- Concrete forming and repair experience
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Roadway maintenance experience
- Experience operating wheel loaders, skid steers, forklifts, and asphalt rollers
- MOT (traffic control certification/course)
- Clean driving record
- Pass criminal background check
- Ability to travel at least 75 percent of the time within Texas and occasionally to Colorado
- Willingness to work rotating day or night shifts, including weekends
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
- High school diploma or GED
- Adherence to company safety policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of concrete forming and repair experience
- Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations
- Ability to carry out simple arithmetic functions
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Ability to adapt to new technology and use smartphones
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work safely in outdoor and varying weather conditions
- Maintain company standards for background checks including criminal record, driving record, and drug testing
Job Duties
- Perform concrete repair and maintenance operations on highways
- Travel extensively across Texas and occasionally to Colorado
- Operate heavy machinery including wheel loaders, skid steers, forklifts, and asphalt rollers
- Execute roadway maintenance tasks such as weed trimming, shoveling, and broom sweeping
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies
- Maintain safety standards and utilize proper safety equipment
- Work rotating day and night shifts under varying environmental conditions
