Job Requirements

  • Concrete forming and repair experience
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Roadway maintenance experience
  • Experience operating wheel loaders, skid steers, forklifts, and asphalt rollers
  • MOT (traffic control certification/course)
  • Clean driving record
  • Pass criminal background check
  • Ability to travel at least 75 percent of the time within Texas and occasionally to Colorado
  • Willingness to work rotating day or night shifts, including weekends
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Adherence to company safety policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of concrete forming and repair experience
  • Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations
  • Ability to carry out simple arithmetic functions
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and use smartphones
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work safely in outdoor and varying weather conditions
  • Maintain company standards for background checks including criminal record, driving record, and drug testing

Job Duties

  • Perform concrete repair and maintenance operations on highways
  • Travel extensively across Texas and occasionally to Colorado
  • Operate heavy machinery including wheel loaders, skid steers, forklifts, and asphalt rollers
  • Execute roadway maintenance tasks such as weed trimming, shoveling, and broom sweeping
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies
  • Maintain safety standards and utilize proper safety equipment
  • Work rotating day and night shifts under varying environmental conditions
