Job Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL - Class B minimum)
- Prior experience operating either a front load or rear load mixer truck or similar heavy equipment preferred
- Ability to read and understand delivery tickets and follow verbal instructions
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment and various weather conditions
- Strong focus on safety and teamwork
- Must be punctual, dependable, and have a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, batch plant staff, and job site personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Commitment to professionalism and courtesy, both with customers and fellow team members
- Maintain proper handling and slump of concrete during transit and unloading
- Keep accurate delivery records and daily driver logs
- Willingness to keep our concrete mixer trucks in top shape, including cleaning and chipping as needed, and ensuring all fluids and tire pressure are at their prime
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures
