Job Requirements
- H.S. diploma/GED
- Three years or more administrative experience
- Effective communication skills in English
- Some proficiency in Spanish
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to maintain certifications in CPR, AED and Emergency First Aid
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Detail oriented approach
- Ability to follow workplace safety procedures
- Willingness to assist in emergency situations
- Ability to use visitor management and communication systems
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Customer relations and oversight of employees, visitors, contractors and vendors entering and exiting
- Operate visitor management system at the reception desk
- Answer routine inquiries
- take messages and direct customers to proper locations
- Resolve routine issues in absence of a manager
- provide direction to emergency personnel responding to the site
- Ensure radio and computer terminal are working properly and all necessary forms are available
- Maintain certifications in CPR, AED and Emergency First Aid
- Report all emergencies, security or safety violations to the Facilities Lead as appropriate
- Assist in an evacuation in the event of an emergency
- Perform mail handling duties as required
- Compose routine correspondence
- Perform other duties as assigned
