Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
No prior security experience required
Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
Good physical fitness and agility
Legal authorization to work in the country
Strong sense of integrity and vigilance

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred but not required
Background in receptionist, hospitality, or retail is a plus
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and complete training in security protocols
Basic proficiency with technology for access control systems
Ability to work flexible schedules

Job Duties

Remain visible and actively monitor the premises
Maintain access control
Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives
Provide customer service and information to employees and customers
Ensure security policies and procedures are followed
Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies
Assist in managing visitor access and credentials
